Submissions

Overview

The Nitpicker's NetGuide to Stargate SG-1 accepts submissions in the following categories:

Episode Nitpicks

If you have a nitpick for a specific episode, please send an email with the following information:
- episode title
- nitpick category (use your best judgement)
- a complete explanation of the nit, and
- any comments you may have about it.
I will review the relevant episode and, if necessary, work with you to clarify your submission. Once your nit is ready for inclusion, you will be credited on the episode page.

Please note that I reserve the right to postpone review of submissions for episodes I haven't myself reviewed yet, just so that I can make a clean first impression.
Articles

If you have an idea for an article (a discussion of a Stargate SG-1 issue that cuts across multiple episodes) please send the following information in your email:
- a short abstract of the article
- a rough outline, and
- your estimate on final length.
If the subject matter seems appropriate, I will ask you to send a first draft. I may ask to work with you (in an editorial capacity) to develop your idea into a format suitable for the NNG. Once completed, your article will be added to the site with your byline and under your copyright.
Book Nook

If you would like to suggest a book or story for the Book Nook, please tell me the name and author, why you think it is great, and why other Gaters would like it. You will be listed as the contributor if I use your suggestion.
Suggestions

If you have an idea for a new section, article, reference area, etc., but don't want to write it yourself, please let me know. If I end up adding the new area, I will be sure to credit you for the idea.
General Comments

I always welcome general comments. If you prefer not to use the Guest Book or Forum in the Community section, please feel free to drop me a line directly.
Site Design

If you have suggestions about how to improve the site design, its layout, display, or architecture, please let me know. Constructive comments, both positive and negative, are welcome. Flames are not.

All submissions should be sent to meli @ sg1web.com (without the spaces, of course). Please be patient if I am slow to respond, sometimes life gets busy.
